I am a spatial conservation ecologist at Marine Conservation Institute, where I conduct research on the resiliency and environmental management of marine ecosystems. I received my Ph.D. in Biology in 2016 from Temple University studying the distribution and ecophysiology of deep-sea corals. Before that, I graduated with a B.A. in Environmental Studies and a B.S. in Biology from Hobart College. My current research is focused on using ecological models to understand and manage vulnerable marine habitats, and assessing the resiliency of marine and coastal communities to climate change and other anthropogenic stressors. When I'm not working, I enjoy hiking, climbing, and cycling.
